The delivery, installation, and pickup crew were attentive, professional, and made the entire process seamless. The tent was great quality, clean, sturdy, and looked perfect for my celebration of life event in honor of my mother. Customer service was also excellent…very responsive, easy to work with, and incredibly accommodating. I reached out with a last minute request, and they were able to make it happen without any hassle. Pricing was very reasonable as well. Only downside was the outside furniture was moved to take down tent and wasn't put back, so I had to do it myself. But thats a minor thing. Everything else as top notch!

The rental agreement was straightforward and easy to understand, and the pricing was fair with no surprises. The bounce house was clean, in great condition, and was a huge hit with all the kids.
